Thomas Kraft founded the German Bartender Service in 1997 in Munich. One year later he met his current business partner Guenther Nefzger. In 1999 they co-founded GBS GmbH. Ever since, GBS has deployed professional bar keeping staff at numerous trade-fairs, company events and private parties throughout Germany.
